What are Trigger Points?


Trigger points are points that are connected to insertions and attachment of the muscles.

By triggering these points the muscles that create discomfort or pain relax and release, as well, the associated muscles to that particular muscle that is worked on.

During the session, if a muscle creates too much discomfort ice is used to distract the muscle and assist in releasing the excessive tension.

This technique is recommended for any muscular discomfort.
